Hello.

I have two packages stuck for over a month and the tracking information doesn't update. The courier company in Spain says parcels have not arrived, but the sender says they have left China. Can you help me, please?

LZ269834835CN
LZ269839656CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels are in some middle transfer airport between China and Spain. You can not see update before Spain Post gets these parcels from airlines. This might take 4 to 6 weeks, please wait some more time.

Once parcel arrives Spain, you will see new update in http://track-chinapost.com/start_spainpost.php
