Post Stuck on airport?

I am waiting a package but it seems that i am not gone a get it. I contact our post office and they told me that is possible to stuck in one of the airports through passing to scan. Its that possible?? About the arrival days the maximun its a month. I ask seller to investigate it with china post. How can i found out? RG308597888CN. I think that only china post can tell us where it is..

sometimes china post needs 5-6 weeks to europe. Don´t worry.
