Post Status stuck or parcel?

Hi my parcel with trackcode: RD285216337CN is stuck on the status "Departure from outward office of exchange" for more than 2 weeks now.. I would like to know if there is something wrong because then I need to open a dispute very fast.

I have same problem, many here too.

All parcels that passing urumuchi is delayed or rejected.

Any battery?

A admin here wrote in another post:

the parcel was shipped from Urumuqi where security check is very very strict. many parcels were delayed or rejected by mistake. if you can not get the goods next week, you should open dispute and claim refund from seller.

Hi, my item has been stucked at "departure from outward office of exchange" from China to Australia on the 27th of October. It has been about 3 weeks going to 4 weeks and I still haven't received my item yet.
When will I get it? I don't think it'll take that long because it's just shoes.
So, can you please check when will I get it ? Thanks
