I sent a shipment on 25th October, which left germany on 28th October. It still says "on route" and hasnt arrived at the recipients adress yet. Can you provide me with any information? On the shipment I provided the recipients phone number as well as email adress.

such parcel number starting with U can not be track in China post system. This is a cheap service, Germany Post does not pay fee for scanning service in China.

You need to use the parcel service starting with letter L, C, E .

Thank you for your quick answer! In general, is it possible that the parcel is stuck in customs for so long and possible that it is still there? Can the recipient do customs clearance by calling the Hotline number?

we dont know if it is in customs or in somewhere else. if you have printed recipient mobile number, china post will send a text message to recipient to make customs clearance and delivery. otherwise the parcel might not be delivered.
