I sent a shipment on 25th October, which left germany on 28th October. It still says "on route" and hasnt arrived at the recipients adress yet. Can you provide me with any information? On the shipment I provided the recipients phone number as well as email adress.

Thank you for your quick answer! In general, is it possible that the parcel is stuck in customs for so long and possible that it is still there? Can the recipient do customs clearance by calling the Hotline number?

Ok the problem is that I did not provide the chinese phone number but the old number from europe. Is it possible to identify the message sent from china post to the old european number and to send it to the chinese phone number of the recipient? Because seems like it only works with chinese numbers (I didnt know that before). I could provide the chinese number here as well. Or they send the message to the email adress I provided on the shipment. It is still up to date and should work as well.

china post can only send message to china mobile number. if parcel can not be delivered, it will be returned to shipper country. return can take a couple of month.
