Hi,

Tracking number for my parcel is: RK232531460CN
Can you please check what is happening with it, please?
Its status has not been changed from 30.05.2015., is there some probability it has been lost?

RK232531460CN seems to be stuck in Suzhou. it is possible to be lost or rejected in Suzhou. I suggest you wait one or two more weeks, if still in Suzhou, you should open dispute and claim refund from seller.
