Hello, my packet was shippen about 15 november...and the tracking info is the same since then...Number is RI226023976CN
Should I start a dispute in paypal?

We have the same problem :/

Mine was shipped 20 November and it says sent to airline with no other information.
They tell me to wait untill 20 December but Im sure that I won't get it I don't know why .

Anyway , I have tracked many numbers and I found that the Parcel should arrive to Europe Destinations
About 27 days from Sent to airline .( the longest period )

So check the full refund guarantee Date , and wait 5 more days then open Dispute .
