Post Shipping to China EM000600591TR

I have this EMS shipped from Istanbul Turkey to China. It has been in "Departure export customs" status for 3 weeks which is abnormal that China custom hasn't receive it.

I called both side post office. Turkey said it is sent out. China said it is not received. Where could it be? could it be lost?

http://track-chinapost.com/startems.php shows just arrived Beijing today. your receiver will get it within one week.

Thank you. I just saw that. Waited 18days between this two messages. Thought it was lost and fire complain yesterday. Feels like Beijing feels that and scanned my package. lol
