If I'm not mistaken, "Shanghai Departure" means that the item is actually on an aircraft and the aircraft has departed, yes.

Bear in mind, though, that airmail doesn't tend to travel as directly as passengers do. What seems like a straightforward trip of 12h or so can take a parcel several weeks. Average transit time to Belgium is 11 days.

I can fly to China in 24 hours! Why does a package take weeks?

How does the international mail system work? How is mail routed from one country to another?

This is the final status on the china post tracking site, so how will I know when it's in
belgium if the tracking don't work? (http://www.track-chinapost.com/m/en/result/post-details.shtml?pt=0&cm=0&cc=0&nums=RH258493485CN) please check the link, All the parcels before this one had the status at destination: CNCA Departure of international depot, but this parcel is not giving any information about the destination...

I also have contact Bpost and they are saying it is because china post has not send it yet to belgium...

Please help how will I know where it is if its not showing any status anymore
Thanks!

You can track here: http://track-chinapost.com/input_be.php
Until your package reach Belgium, you cannot track your package. And the network has some issues so the status will be stuck until the problem has been resolved.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped on Nov 7. Status will not change after it left China. You need wait about 4 weeks to get it in Europe.
