Hi!

My order has status "sent to airline" for over 4 weeks. How can I know if the package is lost or not? And if it is lost who is responsible for this and how can I get it back?

Tracking number RH028014565CN .

Please let me know ASAP.

you can wait 2 more weeks, if still no arrival,then it should be lost. If you purchased from ebay/aliexpress, you can open dispute and claim refund. otherwise you can hardly get compensation.
