Hello ,
I've a problem! My pack is in Guangzhou and the track-chinapost says :
Safety check rejected

I've contacted the seller and she said to me the pack is on way and i don't have to worry, but i've read this forum and often you say that if the check is rejected it will never arrive to me in Italy.

Is there anyone who is in my same situation? Or have been in it and knows how the things go on?
Please how can i do?
Do i have to wait one week and after that open a dispute?
I've read that after one week the status changes and it says "left guangzhou airport" but it could run to the Europe before it arrives finally to italy or maybe never arrive :(
Please help!

Normally if you see "safety check rejected", you should open dispute and claim refund.

Thank you! Now it says : "security return" what does it mean?

same thing. the parcel can not pass security scan and was returned to shipper (if shipper has returning address in the parcel).
