Hello,

I sent an air post by registered mail from Germany to China with the tracking-no: RT654229950DE.

Following items are founded from the tracking system:

item No Year Status Location Destination Date
RT654229950DE 2014 Import Security Scan Beijing 20141013 1319
RT654229950DE 2014 Import Customs Scan Tianjin 20141018 0858
RT654229950DE 2014 Import Security Scan Tianjin 20141018 1058

Why it is not delivered to the customer in Tianjin? When does he reveice the post? The post doesn't include any goody, only a few pages. Why it is so many days in the security scan?

Can you please help me?

the parcel should have address problem or the person in the address refuse to accept the parcel. you can ask receiver to call phone number 11185 and pickup the parcel from china post tianjing office.
