I have ordered a package the 24/12-2016

RO631079687CN, is the order number, and its been sent, but has been stuck somewhere in transit since 5/1-2017

Where is my package? and who can i call?

the parcel is delayed in taiyuan. You can not do anything at this moment. after china post cleared all stuck parcel in taiyuan, it will move again.

1. May I suggest you contact your seller and tell him your parcel is moving since the 05 Jan from Taiyuan City to another location in China but no tracking exist has arrival to the other place and that is over 3 weeks ago.

It was a user from Ebay, but the really unfortunate thing about this is that he have gotten banned, because of someone hacked him! (used a third party program), and the order should be going its way that is should. I wrote with the buy'er before he got banned so i cant really contact him.

1. You might want to talk to E Bay or Pay Pal if you paid with Pay Pal or your credit company.

1. Just try to get a refund if you can, I don't really see anything good in the tracking of your parcel.
