Package was returned from customs to seller, tracking number works and proves that the package is returned to China and from 01.12.2015 is recorded in one post office, seller says that he has not received the package. Where is this package and why it was not served? or distributor of the package already got? ... It's been more than two months, and I do not take full refund money, because apparently did not receive the package back ... Where is the package ??

RL050944334CN failed delivery and was returned from Slovakia to china. you can not get the goods anymore. open dispute asap.

I open dispute 2 times...and seller say no refund money before package not returned to him....decline my first dispute and for now dont want returned money...he say packet is not delivered to him....maybe you see where is packet? the package in track number standing in one place for 2 months and the seller says that you did not receive him, because he does not want to return the money and does not communicate at all with me, I can not prove that a package has taken over the goods and he came back. you know me to find out whether they actually failed to implement the package was delivered to him .... not return my money

I escalate dispute in next days. You can get some information about the package from chinapost? Seller took the package, or if it did not try this?..In escalate proces I need indication that packet is unsuccesfully returned to seller.He say packet is lost in chinapost,and for this dont want full refund money.

China Post will not tell you if the parcel has been successfully returned or not. Actually, as per paypal/aliexpress regulation, seller has to prove that you have received the parcel. If he can not get such proof, he will be forced to refund you money.

One seller sent me a fake product, I dealt with it as a dispute over payment, I gave evidence of forgery product and seller got only 5 days ban on aliexpress account, no one returned my money,100eur lost and aliexpress no safe good buyers,but fake product sellers. I wanted evidence for this case, but it will have again the aliexpress
