Hi! As you can see, my parcel has been stuck for a looong time. It doesn't contain any liquid or batteries, it's just an action figure. The seller still claims that it's "on its way", but i seriously doubt it. Should i open a dispute and claim refund? Thanks for all the help!

there were some delay in shanghai area. you can wait another 10 days. if still no arrival, then open dispute.
