Hi,
I order an itel on ebay from a Chinese Seller.
He sent the package with this tracking code : RJ927120797CN
The tracking service notes item has come to France, then the transporter attempted two deliveries. But no one left anything to me, neither to our concierge, nor the Post office
Then it got back to China, the seller has not received it?
Then it came again to France --> 1 delivery attempt. Still no item.
No news since january the 4th.

Can you help me to locate my parcel?

Sorry to inform you but your package is been sent back to the seller . Please claim refund from ebay .

That sur what i did, but Ebay says they wont do that

you can open dispute to ebay. ebay will start investigation and refund the money after they confirm the parcel is not coming to you.
