any battery item in your parcel? If no, just be patient, the status should change after one week. if yes, it might be a big problem as it might be destroyed or rejected by safety officer.

Weight is fine. Past shipment of the same goods arrived without problems. What should I do? Seller does not communicate and does not solve anything.

If weight is less than 2 KGs, then it should be fine. You just wait one or two more weeks, the status and location should change then.
