can you help me and see what is going on with my shipment number RJ061200337CN. seller said that it is shiped and that he checked with post office that there is clirance isues and i have to be patient. seller has many buyers and greatv reviews. also he sand me message that the order is sent on 09 july

i understand, but does it mean that the seller didnt shiped it or that the number is fraud or slow procedure that i should wait?

It's been 15 days so it should show up in the tracking system. The seller didn't ship you order unless he's not lying about the clearance issue because if there's a clearance issue then it's China post the one who didn't accept the order to be shipped. When the seller fix the clearance issue, the tracking number should show up in the system in 3-10 business days.
