My package has been since 15th november 2014 as

Departure from outward office of exchange.

Location 31002400

Do you know what has happened to it?

toys for xmas for my little one. no batteries inside or electrical product.
Do you think it will get here soon?

the parcel seems to be rejected or seriously delayed in Hangzhou. you can wait one more week, if not arrive, open dispute and claim refund.
