Nothing wrong other than the item is slow, I think. After the item leaves China, it won't be updated again until it arrives in the Netherlands, when PostNL receives and scans it. So it appears to "freeze" for a long time while in transit between the two countries.

I can't find average transit times to the Netherlands, but most large countries in Europe take no more than 4-6 weeks and often less. If your parcel hasn't shown up in the PostNL tracker by 15 Nov or so, you may need to file a dispute for non-receipt.
