Can some one help moving my parcel RI083132130CN to Switzerland?

It's "hanging" somewhere in China since August 29th 2014 😮

RI083132130CN seems to have security problem and can not catch flight. you should open dispute asap.

Thank you for your quick answer.

But, what Kind of security Problem? my parcel contains running shoes!
Unfortunately i have no Chance anymore to open Dispute...the seller told me to be pacient...now fund is processing and "open Dispute" is deactivated...

he wrote me "hi friend,here is your new tracking number:RI083132130CN
this tracking number is your right tracking number,

tracking number online already ,sorry for trouble,because the
shipping company was update their system,it is ok now."

what can i do to solve this security Problem??
