Hello I have got problem with my order. It got stuck on your outpost and it didn't move more then 2 months. Can you solve my problem please?

RI083128064CN should be rejected by customs. open dispute and claim refund asap.

Can you tell me how can I do that? On which website should I claim refund or what are the steps I need to keep?
