Since the 20th of September my package shows the same status, "Departure from outward office of exchange". According to the seller it's on board of a ship since then, but he expected that to take 15-30 days. Those have already past, can anyone get me more information about my package, where it is, why it seems stuck or when I can expect it? Or is it perhaps lost?

I did already see another post on this forum about a package being stuck since 20th of September, maybe a related problem?

I've already got a refund, because the specified delevery time has passed a lomg time ago. But alos getting the package, even after two months, would still be a win-win situation. Thanks for your reply.
