Tracking Number RF430010719CN
Electronic Information for this was received on 14/11/2016, and since that date no tracking details came up. The seller said i could track my order. Has the seller actually sent my order or is he pretending he sent it? I wrote to seller three times saying i could not track the order and he failed to answer me. What should i do now? It is now 54 days since i made my order. My buyer protection expires in a few days.

2. You need to open a dispute as soon as possible.
