I had returned a parcel back to the seller from royal mail uk to China. The status on your website tells that attempts have been made but what and where is it now ???

I have a case resolved in my favor on EBAY but i can only get refund if the status changes to "Delivered".

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived destination on Jan 25 but failed delivery. contact seller to pickup the parcel from china post office in 沙嘴

What if they do not pick it up :( ?

And if they collect then will the status of deli ery change?
