Dear,

2 weeks ago i ordered a few products from taobao via CssBuy(China air post).
After a few days the package was already arrived in the Netherlands.
But since 1,5 week the package is still at the customs (tracking status "Arrived Import Customs").

Is this normal or do i need to do something and what should i do then?

Call the customs or to the customs and ask why the delay.
If they need you to pay taxes, they at least should call you but this could differ from country to country. Or you can call your local post office and ask them why the package is still in customs but I doubt that they will be any help.
