I was wondering if anyone can help please. This item was received by China Post on the 29th March, however it is now the 4th April and it hasn't moved from the post office it was received in. I am a bit worried that it is taking so long to leave the post office.

Any help anyone can give me on this is greatly appreciated

no change of status within 1 weeks is normal. please be patient.
