I'm waiting for a package from DigitalExtreme shop shipped to Belarus. It's tracking number is RC478131027CN.

Tracking log says:

RC478131027CN 2014 Dispatching 20110600 BY 20140127 2334
RC478131027CN 2014 Opening 20110600 BY 20140128 0020
RC478131027CN 2014 Dispatching 20110600 BY 20140209 2124

As you can see it's status is not updating after dispatching at 09th february (it's almost a month passed). Is it lost or should I still wait for it? I made a ticket at dx and they asked me to wait for another week.

I really worry, bucause it's a gift for my girlfriend's birthday which was.. 13th february. And she's still waiting for it

I've checked it, but found no information about "Dispatching" status..

yes. you can open dispute and claim refund. if you receive the parcel later, you can repay the seller.
