hi,

i ordered something (laptop charger) and i was told by the company that delivery was from 5 to 10 days shipping to france.

it's now 15 days i'm waiting.

when i check the status i got absolutely no informations on where is actually my package.

Here is only information i have since they gave me the number (so for 15 days) no changes.

item No.: RC465998666CN
Year: 2014
Status: Departure from outward office of exchange
Location: 51805300
Destination Country: FR
Date: 20140213 0802

Is there a way to know more precisely where is my package.

is it still in china ?
is it in france ?
is it stuck somewhere ?

i'd be glad if you could provide better information, because i'm starting to worry.

Hello,

You can track it at track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php . Track it and go on You can also track Parcel Delivery info in France, click there and there shows that your item has arrvied 1 day ago.
I think there shows the item has arrived in France,because the status is Arriving France.

Look: 25/02/2014 Arriving France CHINE (REP. POP)
(CN)

Départ pays d'origine CHINE (REP. POP) (CN).

ok great i didn't know i could track from french post system as well,

indeed seems reached france, just need to wait a few more days i guess.
