Hi there!

I have a question, and i hope that someone can help me.
I ordered a product on ebay, and it was shipped at: 24-06-14
The tracking number i got is: RC310370012CN

The tracking system says that the package is delivered, but i haven't received a thing.

How can i resolve my problem? Or do i have to wait longer and have more patience?

This could only mean that the seller gave you someonr else's tracking number. Claim refund from the seller or to give you your tracking number if he's not a fraud and gave it you by mistake.

Case closed. It was a fake tracking number. eBay fully refunded the money.
