it seems the parcel stuck in beijing customs security scan station. what are the items inside?

Running shoes and a cardigan. I have contacted the seller of shoes. He told me that the post office is busy so they did not updated and that the shoes are in transit. Should I believe him or open dispute? I have still 11 days of protection purchase.
What do you suggest?

you'd better open a dispute. it looks more likely that the parcel was lost.
