your parcel seems have problem to pass security check in Hangzhou. It there any liquid or battery inside the parcel?

Battery is not allowed by China Post. It will be destroyed or returned to shipper. Your seller should not use China Post register mail to ship battery. You need open a dispute and claim money back asap.
