Export Security Scan status stuck for 2 to 4 weeks is quite normal. sometimes it does not change even after you receive the parcel. just be patient.

there were some delay in Guangzhou since August. If no battery inside the parcel, please wait one more week, the status should change then.

RB988864958CN should be lost or rejected by customs. you should open dispute to paypal or aliexpress asap.

The parcel will be rejected by safety officer. tablet is not allowed by airmail safety regulation. Open dispute and claim refund from seller immediately.

it means the parcel was sent to airline warehouse. it might have left china ,might not.
