Hi,

Could you please tell me if my items were sent from Bejing?

RB874759444CN - Departure from China (Bejing) on 2013 11 03. Was this item sent or it is still in China?

RB963121509CN - Departured (Bejing) on 2013 11 14. Was this item sent or it is still in China?

First item hasn't got updated status to Departured as second one although it was sent much more before.

How long does it take usually that they leave China? One item is already three weeks in Bejing now and second two weeks.
