Hello. I would like to know where my parcel is RB749507993CN. It is two month already, but I still did not receive it.
And could you tell me what the average time for delivery recently is and should I start a claim for a refund yet?

RB749507993CN has problem in Beijing to catch flight. is there any battery or copyright item inside?

Yea, thanks. There is a cell phone inside, surely it has a battery. So, you say I`m not gonna receive it? Should I already ask for a refund?
