I read read on The forum this:

I am a shipping agent in Beijing. We just got following message from customer support in China Post Beijing:

Due to upgraded security check and serious delay in Beijing airport, airlines have already rejected thousands of parcels and returned the parcels to shipper WITHOUT updating the China Post tracking system.

This means if your tracking number shows the parcel stuck in Beijing over 30 days, then it should have already been returned to shipper automatically. Please contact your shopping website for refund asap.

This is the message from Beijing airport. However, We strongly believe that China Post parcels have similar situation in other cities.

Is it my parcel returne at The sellers?

RB648230675CN does not apply for above mentioned situation. If the status does not change over 30 days, then it might be returned to shipper.
