I have similar issue.
Few days ago the destination was correct, today the site updated and the destination is wrong.
I think it's only a bug with the tracking system and the package is still on its right way.

your seller gave you a wrong number, or he shipped the parcel to a wrong address. You should open a dispute to paypal or aliexpress and claim money back.
