I don't think RB464588951CN is lost. The situation is that this parcel was shipped from Beijing in early Sep. By that time, Beijing airport experienced a serious shortage of airline space and upgraded security check which delayed thousands of parcels. If your parcel does not have forbidden item such as battery and chemicals, just be patient and wait. You will get it soon.
