What is happening with my parcel it left location 26603700 arrived in Beijing and came back in location 26603700 and this all took already more than a month

26603700 is branch code for China Post Qingdao branch. RB409927107CN was returned to Qingdao on Nov 27. You'd better file non-receipt refund asap.
