Hi! Can you help me with the tracking nummber RC429583785CN? The parcel was sent to airline and now the status is Export Customs Scan. Should I request a refund? Thanks

it seems the parcel stuck in customs. normally this is because of something not allowed by security rule(battery,liquid etc).
