This package is at the PostNL sorting centre since 27/10/2020. How long will they keep it there before they send it to me? Why is it not sent out as soon as they received it? It looks like it is just stuck there.

Customs in the NL are obliged to clear customs within 5 days, or else your parcel is held on custody and you could expect import clearance form (inklaringsformulier) very soon through mail or post.
