The last update was: 27-Oct-2014 01:56 Departure export customs SHANGHAI
Now it's 10 days later.. can you tell me when I can expect my parcel and where it is now?

final delivery means the parcel has been delivered to receiver.

WS929099023CN is actually NOT a China Post tracking number. The parcel might be shipped by non-register airmail through a China Post agent(WS). WS929099023CN is the company's order no, Paypal and alexpress does not accept such kind of tracking number. So if you can not get the goods within 4 weeks, you can open dispute to paypal and easily get refund.

i've got a shipment with track. no: RH003882273CN
weird part is there is hardly any info and the status hasn't changed since 27/10 so i am worried what how and when?
