I've tried to contact them so far with no luck, I unfortunately don't know anyone here that speaks Mandarin which is causing me a rather large issue and the courier is also not being of much assistance.

Are there any other options I can explore?

That, unfortunately, is all I've got for you, possibly other forum members might have other ideas?

FWIW, if this involves a dispute with a seller and is something you're returning for a refund, usually you have to make a good faith attempt to return the item, but the seller also has to make a good faith attempt to receive it. If they won't pick up the item or help you clear it from Customs, that could cause you to win the dispute, even if the item never makes it back to them.
