I bought some items in Aliexpress and everything worked well (delivery time, tracking number...) but some others not. Just right now I have this problems:

China Post Air Mail RC659469118CN

These are led strip lights - I bought two of them with the same seller. One is already here in Belgium but the other in bpost (my local post website) say barcode not found. I contact the seller several times asking for help - saying that my order was lost but nothing until he told me that my order is still in China and to let them deal with the large quantitity of parcels they have (this means no help from the seller!). There is a way to contact direct china post about it?

These are sunglasses replicas and the information is only 2014.04.15 15:45 (GMT-7): Collection - another seller that would not help. I know looks not so long time (4 days) but usually all my other tracking numbers have update information in the next day. But this not. I am a little worried because I read that some parcels can stay MONTHS in China post.

Any help will be very much appreciated!

post parcels are not so accurate timing service. it is not based on first-come-first-out rule. it is very common that earlier-shipped parcel arrives much much later (a couple of weeks later) than other parcels.
