Pls , I nead help about tracking nmbr CP003600318BG. THE PACKAGE IS SEND FROM Bulgaria(Europe), since 10.02.2014 there is no change "Import Security Scan". The beneficiary is telling me that they didn't receive it!! Pls help me, what is going with the package?

CP003600318BG should have some delivery problem. normally this is caused by wrong address or not printing address in Chinese. you should ask recipient call china post phone number 11185 and pickup the parcel.
