china post will only deal with shipper who has official shipping receipt. you should open a dispute to paypal or aliexpress and force shipper to contact china post. if seller can not get delivery confirmation from china post, paypal or aliexpress will refund you money.

I have already told you the item stuck in customs and solution of the issue. I believe there is no more information about your parcel available at this moment. if you want to believe your seller's words, it is totally up to you.

This was the message I got from the seller:
1,Items already shipped from CHINA post air mail. 2,Delivery time usually need 30-60 working days
( said in the post office )

I don't trust it anymore, I ordered 2 watches on ioffer.com, but I don't think they will arrive

your parcel has something not allowed by customs(battery,liquid etc), that is why it stuck there. your goods will be returned to shipper in future. open a dispute and claim refund from paypal asap.

china post phone number 11185. actually you no need waste so much time to contact seller.

you should open a dispute to paypal and let paypal force buyer to contact china post. if seller can not find delivery proof from china post, he will lose the dispute and paypal will refund money to you. it is much easier for you.
