I sent a return item from Romania in february, tracking NO: CO983764785RO
Tracking last event is on 3rd of march...since then, nothing.
I contacted the chinese seller. They called China Post (very quickly, after a month and a half, or so), and the reason the package was not delivered seems to be that the address coresponding to this tracking no is wrong (not the same as written to the package)

The address on the package (the correct one) is:
802, Block 19A, Gui Fang Yuan, Sha Wan, Nan wan jie dao,

But the seller says that "you write the wrong address, or you never ship to me.
you send the tracking number for other peoples, the receiver name for "Liu Ding Hua" in shenzhen city Futian Zone, our address in shenzhen long gang dadao, the distance more than 30km ."

This is impossible.....

How can be solved this problem ???
At the RO post office said that I can file a complaint, but takes months....
Could it be remotely set up ?
