Post Packages stuck in customs

Hello,

Please someone help me with this two packages:
RI035536412CN - In Customs-Control warehouse
RI192476272CN - Export Customs Scan

Both of them have this status for one month, what is happening with them and where they actually are right now?

the parcels seem to have problem to pass export scan. any battery inside?
