Post Package stuck in Hangzhou departure? Help

Hello, everyone
I got a problem and hope someone can help.
I ordered my package on March 22. and steadily got tracking updates but since more than 10 days, my package is stuck in Guangzhou departure and the status does not change.
I'm from Germany and i need the package on may 1st. Does anyone know what to do?
Or has someome the same experience when it will arrive? Thank you

I got the same problem and my parcel status has not changed for more than 20 days .I got no idea what to do.My tracking number is:RC451375374CN

You must be one of the luckiest person, because if you track your parcel here:

You will find this statement:
Expected Delivery : 1-12 business days

You are the first parcel we are seeing that makes it to Canada and out of Canadian Custom in 3 weeks time.
Lately parcel are taking between 4 to 6 weeks.

Hope for you this is not a mistake entry from Canada Post.

This is the last info I could find:

30.03.2016 10:55 Flight depart Hangzhou CNHGHA

So it is on its way to Germany.

my package is stuck or has not moved from china post office
location 350088 . it has been there since february 25th ,2016, my tracking no. is LS571108110CN.
please move the shipment to it's destination country.

LS571108110CN is ePacket which should arrive USA in 2 to 3 weeks. If you did not get the goods after 3 weeks of shipment date, you should consider the parcel is lost.

my package is in Beijing for 21day, and didn't move anywhere. the tracking number is RH233912615CN , can you help me? will i recieve my order?
