Package hasn't moved since 03.31.2017 (for 3 months)

Seller said I can have a refund but they recommended I contact customs 1st.

Help?

we don't know your tracking number and country. Normally if you are in USA or west Europe, you should ask refund if you can not get the parcel after 3 months. You have little chance to get the parcel.

shipping time to Slovenia should be within 5 weeks. Your parcel should be lost.
